recently aggressive hen!!!!

today when i got home from work i found one of my hen was attacking the only rooster in the coop..i don't think it's a confinement issues..they are now 3 months old..and she's the rooster's favourite hen..can anyone tell me what is going with them there are 2 hens and 1 rooster and once did lived in peace and harmony until today???!!!!

i don't think she is..but i am not sure right now she's like in the position or behaviour of trying to lay some egg but i am not sure as i though she already laid..i just keep the eggs with them and pick it up all of them once a week and i am not sure as i picked one from the eggs a few days back

I have a female who used to attack every male she saw. This started after she went broody though.
