He is-he's almost seven weeks old now. I'll get out there and take a close up of his neck. He only have five or six small feathers that I think are blue-the stock he comes from has blue in it so it's possible.

Also, he's developed angel wing. He won't keep the vet wrap on. Has anyone has a good experience with medical tape? I read that some use that instead and I think it would stay on him better.
