Recipe for 2x Egg Whites?

Hello BYC friends- I have two egg whites saved from a recent recipe waiting in the freezer for an idea. I am in need of a recipe that calls for one or two egg whites. I would love to make some sort of dessert if possible? I've looked for ideas with no success yet. Thank you!

And use those for an Eton mess style dessert.

All you need is meringue cookies, broken up, freshly whipped cream (with vanilla and some sugar) and frozen raspberries. Layer these in a dish and set in the fridge for an hour. The dish height (and amount of ingredients ) will determine the number of layers. The frozen raspberries will freeze some of the whipped cream and thaw a bit in the process. It is soooo good and surprisingly light. Perfect for after a heavy meal or for a summer dessert.
