Last night I made a "Sauteed Brussel Sprout Salad". Here is the recipe from Epicurious.com It is a quick recipe. Once you take the leaves off the sprouts that is.

Trader Joe's had some great Brussel Sprouts on the stalk for only $2.99!!! They were wonderful.

My husband HATES Brussel Sprouts and he asked for seconds of this recipe!!

Here are the Brussel Sprouts on the stalk. It was over 2ft tall!

Oh I love brussel sprouts! When I met DH he hated them but once I cooked fresh ones for him, he decided he liked them!

I dont know how many times my Mom tried making them, sauteed in butter and I just can not eat them! So bitter! Nasty!

I know they supposed to taste like cabbage but these things are pugent in taste!
