Does anyone have a recipe for pickling chicken eggs? Thanks, Victor

My simplicity group had a thread about this a short while back.

Try going to bringbacksimplicity.com and type a search for "pickled eggs" and it'll bring up what folks said about it, their recipes or tips.

I think the messages are public, if not, PM me and I can give you what was written. (not sure I should cross post other peoples recipes and such here... don't know about that rule, so I'm playing it safe.)

Peace -
Meriah

There are a few recipes here for that. Click on the search button and type in pickled eggs and you will find some great recipes.

Save juice from dill pickles, boil eggs, cool, peel and pop into pickle jar. Leave in fridge about 2 weeks and enjoy!

Check out the section here called: Egg, Chicken, & Other Favorite Recipes

PICKLED EGGS
* 2/3 cup white sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
* 12 hardboiled eggs, peeled
* 1 (16 ounce) can sliced beets

Directions
*In a glass bowl (beet juice sometimes will stain plastic), whisk together sugar, salt, vinegar and 3/4 cup of juice from the tinned beets (you can discard any remaining juice); whisk until sugar is dissolved.
* In a larger glass bowl, place peeled eggs and beets.
* Pour dressing over eggs.
* Refrigerate overnight, covered (the colour will get more intense if left a day or two longer).
