Recipes calling for lots of eggs?

I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question, but I couldn't where else to put it.

I have a family of 5 and right now I have 8 laying hens getting anywhere from 6-8 eggs/day, more than enough for our needs. I give some away, but even with that I still sometimes have 3-4 dozen in the fridge.

I need some good recipes to use up lots of those eggs. If not, I will be an egg hoarder! Seriously, sometimes I like to just lay them all out and look at them like little prized possessions.

My mom gave me her recipe for egg custard that she made when I was a kid. I make omelets and quiche, going to try some crepes, but not sure what to fill them with.

Help me find a way to cook all these eggs!

Frittatas. Quiche. Creme Brulee. And don't forget deviled eggs!
