Recipes for duck eggs?

I have four pekin ducks, soon to be six, so we're gonna end up getting 3 eggs a day!! i'm just wondering if anyone has some good egg recipes or just recipes that use eggs (cakes...etc). three eggs a day is going to be a lot.....

I use duck eggs the same way I use chicken eggs. We eat them for breakfast, and I bake with them.

well, i'm not a big fan of eggs...(we only cook them scrambled or poached) and i was hoping there could be different recipes i could try that i might like.

Do you like quiche type dishes? My family loves them and you can change them up by adding different meats, cheeses or even adding veggies. I make this type of dish for dinner and it is our traditional christmas morning breakfast.
