Recommend processing equipment?

SJ's Processing Equipment:

1 - 4" Filet Knife (Finnish Made)

1 - Ball of Butchers Twine
3 - 5 Gallon Plastic Bucket
1 - 3'x5' plastic folding table
1 - 33 Quart canning kettle
1 - Gas burner / Stand
1 - Toilet Brush
1 - 30 Gallon Tub
1 - Roll of Freezer Wrap
# - 1 Gallon Freezer Bags
 
I use a plastic jug for a cone, on similar to a bleach jug. Cut out the bottom, and around the top so the head can pas thru. make a hole around the bottom edge to hang with a rope or wire.

Sharp Knife
Meat tray
Bucket for the leavings.
vacumm seal bags
I use fish cooker turkey fryer to heat water, big aluminum pan.

THIS. This is the most incredible idea I have heard in months. I have been trying to decide how to do a butcher cone for my CX's in a month or so and this is a great idea. I have a bleach bottle empty I can chop up for this right now. Amazing repurposing there!
