I recently purchased a havobator Genesis 1588 and it comes with a built in fan etc. I have lost 90% of my eggs and just recently put a thermometer in the incubator to verify the "automatic temperature setting". At a setting of 99.5 the thermometer reads 102 degrees. I just bought a $5 standard thermometer and layed it down on in the incubator...so now i am wondering which is off, the incubator or the thermometer? Any recommendations on a good/accurate thermometer?
