I'm curious about how the rafters meet the walls...good place for ventilation.

I will hopefully today. I did have rafters up previously and ripped down as didn’t like how the bird mouth was hitting. I recalculated and have better measurements. I’ve built my kids desks and some cabinets in home but never anything like this. I tend to do a lot of research before the next step and have taken on the project pretty much solely as husband has other projects he’s completing and I want this to be my baby.Back up and get it all in the pic

A buddy of mine used to say....fix it now or it'll be forever fouled.
When I did have a husband he couldn't build anything, so I did it all.
Good skills for a woman to have, especially if she keeps chickens.![]()
Yes. I used felt paper. If you don't use anything, you would need to use purlins so there would be a air space between the sheathing and metal roofing. For all who used plywood or sheathing, did you put an underlayment under the metal roof, on top of the sheathing? Just trying to figure out if that's necessary!
