Recommended reliable and accurate scale for weighing live birds?

this is the closest one I could find. Mine has a hook that you can remove on the lower chain that lets it hang completely down for butchering.

be pretty easy to get some holes punched in a cone
My cones are made out of old bleach or vinegar jugs, so super easy to punch holes. For smaller birds... 2 liters or water bottle... with the flat end cut off and the cone shaped end cut large enough to pull heads through.

That is pretty cool! But not for me... I would be more likely to attach a bucket as suggested earlier or maybe a pillow case to contain the birds. Don't think I want them ALL to have the cone experience! :p

I just tie a loop into each end of a piece of rope. Hang one end from the scale and then pull the rope through the other loop to make a slip and slip the birds' legs through and let them dangle. They don't love it, but they don't fuss too much if you turn them over slowly, and it only takes a few seconds to weigh them.
