Recurrent mites

After a heavy work schedule the last few days, I am looking forward to getting a good look at the bare areas today. We will clean the coop and next boxes again tomorrow, and redust the chickens tomorrow night when the settle on their roosts. Since they will get a chance to be outside this weekend we will hook them up with a fresh tray of wood ash to play in. From what I am reading, it sounds like the spray I used on the coop lasts about 30 days, so I will watch and see when I need to spray again. I am planning weekly clean out and dusting for a total of four treatments. Thanks for everyone's advice!
