Recycled baby gates for chicks

I am done having kids, but of course I had a gazillion of those kid gates stuffed in a closet, so yesterday, I recycled them into a play pen for my chicks so that they could play outside in the nice weather. Of course it rained so we haven't tested it out yet, but here it is...

My oldest daughter came home from school and just couldn't wait to put them in it!

I was just thinking about that!! I plan on using zip ties.
My chicks are just 2 weeks old but it was 90 here yesteray, so
I think I'll give them an outing.

What a great idea....but sadly, I got rid of all mine..I use a "corral" that I bought at Walmart for small animals...I also use it to give my guinea pig field trips outside. I just put a piece of chicken wire over the top when the babies are in it...works great
