Red and Pale feet

I just got home from college and it's been pretty cold in New Jersey. My chicken's feet look like this, what's wr

ong and how can I help?

We are freezing here in Idaho and mine look like that too. I just cringe. We also have frozen/snow/ice on the ground. I think it is how they look when they are cold.

Those feet look pretty normal for fertile chickens with that color skin.
