Red around chickens eyes help!!!

All of our chickens have this red/orange skin around their eyes. Is this normal ? Our last bunch of chickens didn't have this I don't think. We also just recently got a rabbit which is staying in her own hutch in the chicken coop could this have an affect on them? Any help is appreciated thanks

Pictures help, but if all of your chickens have it, and there is no drainage, it sounds like it could be a breed characteristic. What breed are they?
