Red bald spot on both sides of head. Disease or Pecking?

Can't tell if this is due to rowth of chicks to hens or pecking? Haven't seen any bullying or aggressive behavior. It started with one and now have 3 affected all in asme spot on both sides of head. Disease? pecking? Something else?

If you're talking about the spots below her ear tufts, those are just earlobes.
