Red barred rock???

I was on another board and someone mentioned red barred rocks. Has anyone ever heard of them?

The only mention of them that I've seen is in my Genetics of Chicken Colours book. Apparently there is a small population of them in Europe, the Netherlands I believe? They are pretty, I like the look more so than the usual black and white barred.
