red barred?

hey im new at this. im wondering if i could put a barred rock rooster over a new hampshire hen. would i have a chance of getting red barred? if not and im totaly off. please help me out. thanks.

Sounds easy doesn't it? It's quite a bit more complicated. If you put a NH red over a barred rock hen, you'll get red sex-links!
