Red butt feather pulling

My barred rock is plucking feathers and has very red skin. I put blue ointment but it didn't really do anything. Is it mites molt or what is going on!!!! Her booty looks terrible

Not sure about pecking. I have put hen healer blue salve on her butt it comes right off

How old is the bird? Finding more than usual feathers around the coop and run, or no?

They are molting for sure but the redness is worrysome almost looks chapped
