Red Cabbage = navy blue poo!

I've just discovered that red cabbage is processed into a very interesting shade of blue poo that resembles a blob of crayola crayon in navy blue! Ach!

And purple stuff makes neon green.

Oh Man.......we fed our BR's some ripe elderberries, talk about PURPLE poops! They were EVERYwhere!

and I was soooo embarrassed when I rushed to the doc with bright red pee...I had gorged on fresh beets the night before.

Not surprising, they use red cabbage as food coloring for some all natural soy yogurts.
