Red Cochin Bantam Gender

This red cochin bantam is 7 weeks old. I have attempted to read the descriptions of how to tell by the feathering, comb development etc. I still cannot decide. Comb is still very yellow. Could you please give me your opinion if this is a rooster or pullet. I very much appreciate the help.
