Red dots on ducklings feet??

So I noticed that two of my three ducklings have red dots on their feet almost like popped blood vessels one of the two babies died and I'm really worried please help

What are they walking on? What is the temperature in the brooder? It should be around 90F for the first week, dropping 5 degreesF per week.

What are they eating? They need a balanced ration of starter crumbles, perhaps with poultry vitamins added to their water once a week or two.

The duck hatched her so they are with her and the are eating corn

They need better food to start with. What is the bedding? It needs to be as dry as you can keep it. Are there ants that could be biting? Or mosquitoes? Can you bring them all into an area where you can keep a closer look?

I think if you bring mama and babies all in to an area where you know there will be nothing biting them, and provide a well balanced ration of starter crumble for the little ones in a shallow container, and perhaps a larger container with higher sides so mama can eat hers, fresh water for all so that there is no danger of the littles drowning or getting chilled, and a comfortable temperature, safe from predators - that should be okay.
