Red Faced , Red Combs , and Red wattles ?

I knew about the combs and wattles being signs of them starting to LAY , but does red face indicate the same thing ?

I wish I could help, since mine are looking the same and adding very strange sounding, very loud Bwaaks too.

It depends on the breeds. Some do have red faces, some don't.

I'm not positive but that flesh (comb wattles and face) looks to be all the same type. All my birds have red faces and they lay great. When the combs pale the rest of the face paled also. I'm pretty sure they all indicate the same thing.

some times it is an indicator also see if they squat when you go to pet them if they do theyre gettin close

what does "bump" mean? I've seen it several times.

my golden commets, rir's, and buff orp. all have redder faces and wattles when they are laying.
