Hi, I notice pictures like these never get any responses or enough to say whats wrong with the chicken but my EE hen has missing neck feathers that NEVER grow back and now she developed missing spots on her bottom that seem itchy and bright red. No other hens (3more) have this problem and they arent confined enough to be picked on.
