Red feet and legs and sneezing

I just noticed my barred rocks feet and legs look red and while looking at her she sneezed 4 times! We got a new rooster yesterday but he seems healthy and her comb looks good. Any ideas what is wrong with her?

Her legs look normal (pink legs can be a sign of fertility)to me, but I don't see the dark stripe down the front as in most barred rock females. BR's usually have yellow legs, too. When adding a new chicken to your flock, it is best to keep them quarantined far away from your other chickens so as not to infect them if the new bird has a disease. That is also a good time to worm them and look for lice or mites, and treat that. Sneezing can be a sign of respiratory disease, but it can also be from dusty feed or conditions.
