Depending how big the enclosure is, and what other animals are within the enclosure will make a difference in how you choose to perform their care taking, it must be totally enclosed or the bird(s) will escape. They should be fed a complete and balanced ration of 24% protein. Plenty of fresh water, plenty of shade if in a hot region, and protection from the elements. That's the short version.
