I have a broody red golden hen who has eggs due to hatch in a few days. She lives with a rooster (who are the chicks father), and I was wondering if the chicks and rooster will get along, or will I need to separate them?

Hopefully the momma will keep the others away from her chicks.
You won't really know until it happens.
Keeping a close eye on them is the best thing to do.

They will usually raise them together, but keep an eye on them and make sure there are no holes in your pen.If there are holes the little buggers will find it and away they go.
