Red Houdans

I was wondering if anyone had seen any breeders attempting to "bring back" the red houdan? It was either red or red mottled.... I read awhile back somewhere that a couple of breeders were going to give it a try but hadn't heard anything in the past year or so.
Any eyes out there that can bring me up to date on them? THANKS!!!
