RED IN POOP!! *POO WARNING*

Hey everyone! I need some help, I’m a first time chicken owner, and I have 3 ten week old chickens, this is the 3rd poop I have seen red in and I don’t know what chicken it has come from or if it’s from all of them? I know that this can be their inner lining shedding but this is the 3rd poop I’ve found like this, I also know it could be a type of infection, please let me know if you have any advice as I don’t want my babies poorly!!
