Third day I’ve noticed this. I’ve order coccidiosis herbs and meds but all chickens are acting normal and vents look normal. Any ideas?

How old are the birds?

Are you in the U.S.? If you are, go to the feed store and buy some Corid to treat your flock.

Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

Have you had them this whole time?
I'd get some Safeguard while you're at it and deworm them as well.

Any changes in diet, environment, added new birds?

I'd treat for Coccidiosis and deworm them.

No changes in diet. They get occasional kitchen scraps that we always check about first. They’ve had cut fresh clover and oregano and thyme offered for foraging recently a couple of times each in the last week or two.
