Red lump

My first chick just hatched in the incubator w a big red lump on its belly. It's really big. It hasn't slowed the chick down. Is this common? And will it go away?

That could be one of three things. Unabsorbed yolk that may or may not absorb, internal organs that should have absorbed and didn't, or something else I am not aware of. Can you get a picture for us?

It appears to have gone down a lil and now they look perfectly normal. This is only our second batch of chicks, still learning!! Thanks for the help.
