Red mark on The beak of my pekin duck!!

Two of my pekin ducks have a red mark on the beak. They are only 2 mo the old. Any thoughts??

Haven't seen that before, looks as if she bruised or hit it on something, if she is acting fine I wouldn't be concerned.

Shes acting fine but a couple other of my ducks have similar marks on their beaks...

They need a bigger feeder and waterer, they may be rubbing their bill up against the plastic when they go to eat/drink.

Get you a 5-gallon bucket and build one. Hardly any waste and easy to do and easy to clean.

Where the link about the waterer where you put a waterer down into. Rubber bowl?

Yep that's your issue. They are having trouble getting to the food. If you don't want to build those black rubber the from TSC or your local feed store. You usually find them in the equine section and they are indestructable.
