I've been using a red led night light for my security at night to check on them and for convenience. Does red light throw off their cycles at all or no?

For daytime I have a regular 5600k led light that comes on early morning and goes off just before dusk sonthey can come down naturally and go tuck themselves in which they're good at

Red light is still light, and it will affect their laying cycles., no matter the wattage.

Constant light is not good. In fact, it can be quite dangerous if you are subjecting young pullets to it. The light can force them into lay too early before their bodies have finished growing. This can set them up for laying issues as early as one or two years of age.

If you need to check on your chickens, use a light you can turn off when your are finished.
