One of my 11 week old girls made this poo this morning. Not sure which one (I have 4). All my girls seem active and happy, all are eating and drinking. I checked the poop page (http://chat.allotment.org/index.php?topic=17568.0), but didn't see anything quite like it. Any ideas?

If it isn't Coccidiosis, the bird could have eaten a staple or some sharp object. I would treat for Coccidiosis.
Run Corid in the water for one week. For 9.6% liquid, use 2 tsp per gallon of water. For the Corid 20% powder, use 1 tsp per gallon. On day 8 - 10, use vitamin and probiotic powder in the water. Do the Corid at half the amount on week 14 for 5 days and every 3 weeks from then until they are about 5 months old. Always follow up with vitamins-probiotics after medicating or using antibiotics.

It looks like intestinal lining.

I thought that until I looked closer at the pic. I see more red like blood rather than the more pink intestinal lining. Chicks that don't get preventative treatment in environments where coccidia are present often show symptoms at that age if no Amprolium has been used. Perhaps the OP can tell us whether or not any preventative in feed or water has been used up to the current age of 11 weeks.

Thank you all for the input. All the girls are doing well. I haven't seen any additional worrisome poops. They are still on the medicated feed that they started with as I was instructed that they needed the medicated feed for the first 12 weeks. I'm guessing it was either intestinal lining or something one of them ate that has moved though and out. I'll continue to keep an eye out and if I see more, I plan to medicate for coccidiosis. Thanks again!
