Red Plum "mash" for chickens? What do you think?

I have 2 quarts of red plum "mash" (cooked down plum meat without pits or skin) that has been frozen for about a year in anticipation of making jam.
I didn't make the jam last year and need the freezer space......

so.....

can I defrost and give to my hens? What do you think? They frequently enjoy the plums as they fall from the trees, but I wasn't sure about this concentration.
