Red/ poopy bum Rooster

My big rooster has had a red bum for several months. Now his bum is kind of dark and poopy looking, and he seems to be grooming himself constantly, especially around the vent area. I have been spraying him with a poultry permethryn spray, he seems to be perfectly healthy otherwise eating drinking and mating constantly, I have three roosters and 30 hens. Any ideas? I took a video, but I don't have a photo. But it doesn't look like I can post a video.

If he's got a dark poopy butt, give him a clean up so you can inspect him more closely and make sure the tissue is intact, that there's no lice/mites and/or maggots.
