Red Ranger Meat Birds 12-weeks....and then there were 3..... I coned, plucked and cut up 5 birds this morning. all weighed roughly 4.5lbs dressed. Some nice breast, drumstick, wing and thigh packages for the freezer. Backs, hearts and necks are roasting then it's turbo chicken soup time. Ate our first 2 last week and they were delicious, excellent birds to raise .
