red rash on chest?

my BSL has a red rash on her chest, nothing is growing back, she has had it for some time now, at least 2 months. She roosts high in the air and the floor of the run is natural dirt. I will dust her with diatomaceous earth later, but still wondering what it is that she has that hasnt really gone away or killed her after so long... I have not seen any mites.

Could it be pecking? Either pulling her own feathers out of another doing it to her?
Maybe it's from jumping off the roost?
It's likely that the feathers won't grow back till she? molts.
