Red rengers

I find out my New Birds are red Rangers with help of someone Here, i read they are for meet more,
Sholud i keep them as laying hens?

Mine were fantastic layers for 2 or 3 years. I have one who is 5 and still alive. She picked up laying again for a month or so earlier this year.
