I know oppinions varie so please only answer if you own the breed, also can you explain why?
thanks alot

They have distinctively different personalities, as a rule. The RSL is quite docile and friendly, but no pushover in the flock, typically, while the Leghorn is a light bodied, busy bird, shall we shall. The RSL is typically bred to lay a large brown egg, while the Leghorn lays a white egg, of course. They are both layers, in that their bodies are rather thin. The Leghorn will still outlay the average RSL, but not by a whole lot. Both can lay over 300 eggs their pullet season. Since both the Leghorn and the RSL come in soooooo many varieties and strains, one must be a bit careful in making sweeping generalities.

wow, thanks alot! also does one lay for longer than the other?
