Red shoulder Yokohama

Hello everyone!

I am an experienced breeder of a few rare breeds and I have just got hold of some red shoulder Yokohama, I've looked them up and I understand they are not hardy birds but just a few questions if anyone knows
1 how much are they worth?
2 can they live outside all year round?
3 I hear you should feed them fish, what kind of fish? Cooked or raw?
