red shouldered yokohama chicks not going to make it

yes i did every thing right,temp 95 at night,daytime it will climb to 100,so i raise the light up until i see 95,im still scratching my head on what happen,i call crackle hatchery a few mins ago talk to tina,no help at all,i just hate loseing all those chicks in a weeks time,unless there was a virus got into the hatch,just guessing
