I have a young rooster. He turned one this year. Ever since we got him last year, when he was bullied by the other persons roosters and at about twelve weeks old, he's had red on his skin and legs. He's otherwise been healthy, and our hens haven't gotten anything. Earlier I was messing around with his tail feathers and found this:
