red spots on bantam chicken legs

does anyone know of a condition that would cause little red spots on the legs of chickens? Is it more likely to be caused by an insect or disease? Please reply with anything that may be of help... thanks to all for your help

Chances are it`s been wet in your area, with lot`s of rain. Wet conditions will cause red spots on their legs. Nothing to worry about.......Pop
