Red Star breeding question

I know that "red stars" are a cross of two other breeds and that they don't breed true...so if my red stars were to breed, what would their chicks be exactly? "Less-potent-red stars"? Lol I told someone they could have some chicks if I ever get fertilized eggs, but what would I tell them their babies are?
Also, if I have red star roosters and red star, australorp, ancona, and black star hens, what potentially might any of my babies look/act like?

but usually from a red star you will get white chicks

Yes. Generally you will get an interesting mix of colors. They'd be good chickens and they'll lay very well as the genetic predisposition of the parents would carry forward.
