Red swollen bum

Ty for the forum great info. This afternoon i noticed this on my rooster. I tried reverse imaging to find out but was unable find a match. Rooster is mobile, foraging and seems fine. He does drop his rear end down towards the ground when doing his business. Hate to leave him suffering if it is nothing fhat can heal. He is and will be seperated from the rest of the flock. Any info is greatly appreciated.

It is not a rooster. We know now its a hen. We soaked her bum and gently manipulated an egg out. Some of the prolapse immediately went internal still a lil hanging out.Do you think she will heal?
