This is a 2.5 month old chick. One day i flund him on the floor and he couldn’t stand. (It was 40 c that day). Only one leg was working. Took him to the vet. He gave him some injections. Told me he is going towards Newcastle disease and said this weakness. happens in hot weather . He gave some medication. Now he is fine but he slowly developed this red scale on the weak leg and now it covers the whole leg and is swollen. What is this

What is your location? The leg looks very inflammed and swollen. There could be a broken bone. Did the vet take an xray? Can you feel any movement of bone fragments? I would consider splinting the leg with padding, something stiff, and tape or vet wrap strips. Here are some good links for splinting ideas:

No he didnt take an x ray because there was no red spot. I dont think its broken. He doesn’t eat himeself. I have to feed him.
