Redish stuff in meat birds poo

My meat bird (about 5 weeks old) pooped today and there was red in it. The stool is also very loose. I moved them into their own brooder because they were getting too big for my other brooder and chicks. So ... I am just curious as to what this could be.

If it is light red it is probably the linning of the intestinal tract. They shed that occ. If it is very dark almost tarry looking it is blood. Which could be caused by cocc. Gloria Jean
