Redness around cloacae?

Hi all so I have 2 hens one has just reach POL the other was laying before the introduction of a younger hen and then she went and molted she has all of a sudden gone and sat at the bottom of the roost for the past 24 hours at least I removed her from the spot to just have a look at her health I don't see anything other than having a look at her cloacae seams a bit red it's difficult to explain but I would say it's as if say some blood vessels or how would I tell if she is possibly egg bound I will try and grab a photo shortly to add to the post

When you take the hen out to the rest of the flock, what does she do? Just plop her down with the others and watch what she does or doesn't do.

Can she stand? Can she walk? Is she off balance? Does it appear she favors a leg and won't walk on it? Is she eating? Check her crop. Is it flat and empty or way too full? If full, is it like a water balloon or is it hard and lumpy?

If she is egg bound, there may be a watery discharge from her vent. Feel under the vent. Is it hard and swollen? If you take your hand and press it against her vent, does she then squat and push back against your hand?
