Redness Around Mouth

I have a Porcelain DUccle bantam hen with redness around her mouth. She hasn't laid an egg in about a week but I see her eating and drinking and she doesn't seem skinny or sick. Any thoughts?

She's right around a year old. She did lay an egg today, after I posted this of course. Am I just being overly concerned?

So I went out this morning to get pics and it's totally normal again! I hope it's gone for good.
